Our CrossFit workouts are for individuals looking to take their athleticism to the next level. You’ll be exposed to the best that the world of strength and conditioning has to offer – gymnastics, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, sprinting, etc…. No gimmicks, just proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast and fit. Classes are one hour long and are always coached. We’ll lead you through the warm-up, go over all of the movements, and guide you through each workout to ensure safety and efficiency.

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Our HIIT program, BA|HIIT is perfect for those with busy schedule! We’ll have you in and out in 30 minutes, feeling FIT and energized!! These workouts are fun and accessible to ANY fitness level. Classes are 30 minutes long and are always coached. We’ll lead you through the warm-up, go over all of the movements, and guide you through each workout to ensure safety and efficiency.
Kids, ages 3-16, now have their OWN place at Back Alley!
Our goal is to develop and foster our kid’s love of fitness and transfer the skills they learn into their everyday routines. Our classes are designed to be age appropriate and assist in neurological, cognitive, and motor skill development. KID|FIT will promote the 10 general physical skills (endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy). We will also emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, perseverance, integrity, and of course FUN, lots of FUN!

Ready to improve your speed, strength and explosive power? The Back Alley Barbell Club is where it’s at! The Barbell Club runs approximately 4 times per year and progresses over a 6 week progression. Our focus on the fundamentals of weightlifting is great for both beginners and experienced athletes alike. Stay on the lookout for the next session as space is limited to ensure each member gets proper attention.
