In case you haven’t noticed, olympic lifting is the backbone of CrossFit. It requires a combination of strength, speed, power and coordination; basically, everything you’re working towards every day in CrossFit.

Here’s you chance to take your training to the next level. The Back Alley Barbell Club is a 6 week immersive program that will completely change the way you approach weightlifting. Each session will include a dedicated coach, progressive programming and is limited to 8 athletes per block. The two blocks will be as follows: Monday andWednesday @ 730pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 430pm.

It all starts April 13 and it is $60 for members. We’ll open registration now!!!!!! First come first serve!
