Our members come to our gym for a number of reasons. They want to lose fat. They hope to gain muscle mass. They want to ready themselves for the summer season. They want to train for a specific sport. But, ultimately, they want to live longer, happier and healthier lives. In our experience we have found that no two members are alike.

I’ve been going for about 4 months now. My background was in dance and yoga so this was quite the change up but because I own a food truck I really needed to build on my functional strength. I absolutely love it here! I was convinced I was going to hate it when I started but I haven’t gotten bored once! My body looks and feels better than ever and at 38 I’m in the best shape of my life, even after years as a student athlete and competitive dancer! Coaches are awesome and pay attention. The coaches make you feel comfortable with being uncomfortable if that makes sense. Oh, and the Kid|Fit classes are super fun for my boys who are obsessed with it now!
I’ve been a member for about 8 months now, the coaches are awesome, the people friendly and the sense of community is great! I’ve lost 45 pounds, and I’m in the best conditioning of my life. I don’t feel like I’m just better at lifting, I’m becoming a better overall athlete.

I started CrossFit at Back Alley in December 2015, admittedly a little nervous. I was quickly hooked! The coaches are awesome! There are so many training times available that I have no excuse not to make it. Most importantly, I love being connected and supported by so many strong awesome women! I literally sound like an infomercial when I have a chance to brag about Back Alley CrossFit!
I’ve been a member of Back Alley for over 3 years! It’s an amazing community with supportive coaches. They’ve coached me through a sprained ankle and after recovering from a car accident. The trainers are amazing! I travel over 20 miles each way for this gym!
My wife and I have been members now for about a month. We’ve never done CrossFit before. I was hesitant about joining any kind of gym, but this place has been great. Coaches are chill, people are cool and encouraged to cheer each other on. No judging (which is good for newbies like me). The workouts are always different so it isn’t boring, and if there’s a part that is difficult, the coaches help you modify it in a way that fits your needs. The variety of class times works greatfor me and my nearly-unmanageable schedule too!
