We believe that fitness is the key to physical and emotional satisfaction. Over 30 days, I want to put you through a 30 day body and mind transformation.

We’ll be focusing on the 3 keys to health and wellness: Exercise, Nutrition and Personal Growth

Nutrition: You’ll be part of a friendly nutrition challenge that includes recipes, smart food choices, daily food journaling and personal coaching.

Exercise: I’ll be personally coaching you through 3 complete 30min workouts per week. Every workout will be fun challenging and low impact. To succeed in the challenge, you need to attend at least 2 classes per week. There are no fitness requirements to start, you just need to be ready to work hard for big results!

Personal Growth: As a wellness coach, I will provide you ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.
