Interested in a CrossFit? This is your chance to train your endurance at the same time!

The Back Alley Endurance club kicks off again 1/27 at 530pm! Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to fix your running mechanics, run more efficiently and mobilize your body to be ready to crush your workouts! Classes are programmed for every level of athlete. Whether you’re training for a 5k or just want to make running a little less miserable, this is for you!!!! The program runs 6 weeks, and is $40 with any CrossFit membership. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 530pm and every other Saturday at 10am.
