Shoulder Press Points of Performance:

  • Neutral spine
  • Weight in the heels
  • Bar moves in a straight line
  • Full range of motion

Push Press Points of Performance:

  • Position: Vertical torso
  • Timing: Speed up after the dip
  • Timing: Core/hips to extremity

Push Jerk Points of Performance:

  • Full hip extension
  • Receiving position
